The Clot x Nike Air Max 1 “Kiss of Death Cha” is a collaboration between Edison Chen’s streetwear imprint and Nike on the retro running shoe in a colorway inspired by different varieties of Chinese tea. Succeeding Clot’s popular “Kiss of Death” Air Max 1, the “Kiss of Death Cha” adopts a similar construction to its predecessor. Both colorways feature a beige suede upper with translucent panels on the perforated toe and forefoot. The similarities end there, however, as the “Kiss of Death Cha'' displays a red leather Swoosh where the original “Kiss of Death” donned an orange leather Swoosh. Moreover, a chocolate brown suede mudguard appears on the “Cha.” The OG “Kiss of Death” features a beige suede mudguard. Red embossed detailing can be found on the heel and red accenting appears on the eyelets. A tan suede “Nike Air” tongue tag contrasts the brown leather tongue. Traditional Chinese symbols are printed on the insole. Underfoot, a red-tinted visible Air bubble appears within the heel of the brown midsole. Release date: March 27, 2021. Clot - Kiss of Death CHA
