My experience is not great. I am truly frustrated and trying to talk to a human to get this situation corrected asap!. I need to return a pair of these shoes that you sent after stating my ordered could not be fulfilled. Which warranted me to reorder. Somehow two orders of the same shoe came yesterday, one via courier the other courier. I have been charged 2xs for the same shoe after I was informed it could not be fulfilled by merchant
